How do I change or delete a color I logged?
Open the day from Today, Month or Year and tap the moment. You can change its color or delete it there.
Can I use my own colors?
Yes. In Settings › Palette you can edit your own palette with two to eight named colors. Color+ adds the palette library and more palettes of your own.
How do I back up my journal?
Settings › Your data › Export saves a JSON file you can keep anywhere. Import adds an export back without overwriting what is already there. Photos stay on the device and are not in the export.
How do I restore Color+ on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Settings › Restore purchases.
How do I cancel Color+?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open your device’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Anything you made stays yours after it ends.
The widget or my Apple Watch shows an old color.
Open the app once; it saves anything logged from widgets and updates the watch. A watch log reaches the iPhone the next time the two are in range.
I forgot my passcode and the app is locked.
The lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, the same one that unlocks your iPhone. We have no way to unlock it for you, because we never have your data.
